Hi guys, in response to all fellow bros greviences, I will reply here to sum up.

Fake or Real FR, its really hard to very verify. Some bros might purposely write fake FR just because the girl doesnt want to take his booking and when I delete he will purposely make a scene. Of course there are real FR too, but some cunning girls will make up stories to push the blame and even ask for chance. It is very hard for me to verify. Without knowing who actually wrote the FR, its hard for me to judge who is right and who is wrong. Then again comes the question of how long should the negative FR be there. Girls come to Sg, some with debts and some paid a hefty amount. Should be leave a bad FR there forever and force her no more customers and left with no choice but to go hang other webs. And some girls who are apologetic and willing to improve, are we going to give them a second chance? What about the bro who is so angry? 

I have considered setting up a Members FR group, where they will post FR to me direct and I will do the posting. These Members FR will be marked visibly and will carry more weight, but then again, some will misuse this priviledge to get favours from girls or worse threaten them.

I am still considering to discuss with engineers about certain improvements to the web site but thats a long haul. 

For fake photos, like some bros said, some is as good as the pics and some are worse. Particularly those with face masked. Many are not using their real photos really is for security reasons. There was instances where some girls went back mainland but was called up for questioning with their web pics printed out. They were then barred from leaving mainland for 3-5 years. But for those batantly using fake models pics just to cheat bros to go to their work place, please take note of the Notes section. When there is a warning, proceed with caution.

Many things to do to tighten the ropes. Its not a easy process. But rest assure that I do not allow fake FR just to promote any girl. Any girl or bro found to be spamming fake FR, I will delete. Ask any girl if they have requested me to inject some FR for them, and if they had asked before, they will know I always say no.
